Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Shipping
All orders generally ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing.  All domestic U.S. shipments are made via USPS.  International shipments are made by DHL or USPS with a flat shipping rate of $25.  International shipping length may be from 1-3 weeks depending on customs.  Once the shipment is with the selected shipping vendor, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly once your item is shipped, so your package can be easily tracked.

U.S. Shipping Cost:
1.5oz and Under: Free (Economy 5-8 business days)
1.5oz - 2oz: $4.99 (Standard 2-5 business days)
2oz - 0.8lb (12.8oz): $6.99 (Standard 3-5 business days) 
0.8lb (12.8oz) - 3lbs: $8.99 (Standard 3-5 business days)
3lbs and over - $14.99 (Standard 3-5 business days)

Processing Time & Shipping for Apparel
Production time is 1-3 business days and shipping is 2-5 business days for U.S. orders.  Apparel are made to order and will have its own tracking number from all other products from the website.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund within 14 days of delivery date.  Refunds will be credited in full amount (excluding shipping charge) and in the same form as the original payment type.  Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 14 days of receipt of package.  We only accept returns if the items are in perfect condition and unused.  

Please note that you are responsible for the return product(s) until it reaches us.  We will not compensate for lost or stolen parcels during the return process.  We advise you to send the return product(s) with a tracking number.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs through your own preferred shipping service, or you can contact us for a return shipping label (USPS), which will then be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on services, stickers, subscription items/plans, sale items, or gift cards. 

Returns & Refunds for Subscription Plans
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for our subscriptions.  Subscriptions can be canceled at anytime, but we will not issue refunds for prepaid subscription.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  Please allow 3-5 business days of delivery to inspect the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
